🛎 Instructions for Room Reservation

Please note:

• All room reservations will be managed through PSA at subsidized rates.
• Confirmation of room booking is subject to payment to the hotel.
• Any reservation without payment instructions will be automatically considered cancelled.
• For self-payment, please pay all room charges in advance directly to the hotel (bank details attached) and present payment proof at the time of check-in.
• For company-sponsored payments, company representatives should contact the Conference Secretariat (Lahore General Hospital) for further instructions.
• All terms, conditions, check-in, checkout timings and applicable taxes apply as per the hotel’s policy.
