The Pakistan Society of Anesthesiologists (PSA-Lahore) is delighted to invite submissions for its 22nd Annual Conference, to be held at the Pearl Continental (PC) Hotel, Lahore, from 28th to 30th November 2025.
This prestigious conference will bring together experts, clinicians, technologists, and researchers from across Pakistan and abroad to share the latest advancements, innovations, and evidence-based practices in the field of anesthesiology, critical care and perioperative medicine.
We welcome the submission of abstracts for oral presentations and poster from professionals, postgraduate trainees, and students. This is a unique opportunity to present your research, clinical experiences, and innovative practices to a distinguished audience.

• Each candidate may submit only one entry per category.

1. Fellows in Anesthesiology.
2. Postgraduate Residents (PGRs) in Anesthesiology.
• Posters may be research-based, case reports, quality improvement projects, or educational innovations.
• Poster presenting author illustrate their study findings by displaying graphs, figures, diagrams, and text that describe their main background, methods, findings, results, and conclusions on poster.
• It is requested to make sure that font size is easily readable.
• Be sure to clearly indicate your title, author names and affiliated institutions at the top of your presentation.
• It is recommended to leave at least a 1-inch margin around the edges of the poster.
• Submission deadline: 1st November’ 2025

• Write POSTER COMPETITION in bold in subject .
• Fill and send the attached form along with submission of manuscript
• Poster should be sent in PDF format
• One author and one presenter only.
• Presentation time: 5 minutes + 2 minutes Q&A.
• Conference registration is mandatory for all participants whose poster have been approved for competition.
• PGR must submit their workplace certificate by HOD/HR
🏆 Certificates and prizes will be awarded to the best posters in each category on the final day of the conference before lunch.

2. Postgraduate Residents (PGRs) in Anesthesiology.
• Abstract Limit: Maximum 250 words (excluding title and author details).
• Full Report: 1000–1500 words.
• Format: Introduction, Case Presentation, Discussion, Conclusion.
• Submission deadline: 1st November’ 2025

• Abstract submission format: DOCX (Word document)
• Abstract of already published paper will NOT be selected.
• Each case report may have a maximum of 3 authors (including the presenting author).
• The presenting author must be the first author.
• Only the presenting author will be eligible for prize/award.
• Presentation time: 5 minutes + 2 minutes Q&A.
• Conference registration is mandatory for all participants whose case report have been approved for competition.
• PGR must submit their workplace certificate by HOD/HR
🏆 Certificates and prizes will be awarded to the best case report in each category on the final day of the conference before lunch.
